This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies exclusively to the physical products ordered through the Service, primarily the My NFC Cards products.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All NFC Card orders are subject to a processing time required for production and customization. This time is typically 3-5 business days from the date the order is placed and payment is confirmed.
  • Processing time does not include the estimated delivery time.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed to You at the time of checkout.
  • Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and vary based on the destination and the shipping method chosen by You.
  • We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once Your NFC Card order has shipped, You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing Your tracking number.
  • You can also track the delivery status of Your order directly from Your vCardvault dashboard in the My NFC Cards section.

4. Shipping Address and Responsibility

  • You are responsible for ensuring the correct and complete shipping address is provided at the time of purchase.
  • We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by You.
  • If a package is returned to Us due to an incorrect address, You will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

5. Lost or Damaged Orders

  • Damaged Goods: If You receive an NFC Card that is damaged, please refer to the Refund and Cancellation Policy for instructions on reporting the damage and seeking a resolution.
  • Lost Orders: If tracking information confirms a package was delivered but You have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier. We are only responsible for the order until it is delivered to the address provided.
