This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the terms for refunds on subscription plans and physical products (like NFC Cards) purchased through vCardvault.com.


1. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation of Subscription

You can cancel Your subscription plan at any time directly from Your Account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of Your current billing cycle (monthly or annually). You will retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period.

Refund Policy for Subscriptions

We do not provide refunds for canceled subscriptions, partial months, or partial years of service. This policy applies regardless of usage.

  • No Refunds for Non-Use: Refunds will not be issued simply because You did not use the Service during a paid subscription period.
  • No Pro-Rata Refunds: If You cancel Your subscription before the end of Your billing cycle, You will not receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining time.

2. Physical Product (NFC Card) Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellation of NFC Card Order

You may cancel an order for an NFC Card only if the order has not yet entered the production or shipping process. If You wish to cancel, You must contact support@vcardvault.com immediately. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy for NFC Card Order

Refunds for NFC Cards are only issued if:

  1. The card is defective upon arrival (e.g., the NFC chip does not work, or the printing is flawed). You must notify Us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic proof.
  2. The order was lost in transit, as verified by the shipping carrier's tracking information.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Typographical errors or incorrect vCard links provided by You during the order process.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind.

3. Refunds for In-vCard Purchases

We are not the merchant of record for any product or service You sell directly through Your vCard using in-vCard payment features.

  • All refunds for products or services sold by You to Your customers must be handled directly by You through Your chosen payment gateway (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
  • You are solely responsible for Your own refund policies regarding those sales.
